ASKING ME FOR A DIGITAL ART COMMISSION MEANS YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED ON MY TERMS OF SERVICE.
GENERAL
No reservation and cancellation.
Digital files are in PNG format with transparent background version for non-full background commission.
PAYMENTS
PAYPAL(USD) or GCASH(PHP).
Full payment first before drawing.
REVISIONS
MINOR REVISIONS for artist's mistakes on sketch and base colors.
NOTE that artist's art style may cause changes.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
I draw 5 days per week.
Deadlines can be 1 day up to months depending on queue.
Delivery dates may be extended due to interruptions and problems.
NOTE that bulk and big commissions with more than 3 days duration will be drawn per batch.
USE
Commissioned arts can be used for personal and/or commercial as per payment.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I'm the owner of the copyright on all commissioned arts.
Commissioned arts will be used by artist to anything personal and for art samples, galleries, portfolios and social media posts (except private commissions).
REFUNDS
NO REFUNDS unless artist won't be able to draw and finished the commission(s) anymore.
COMMUNICATION
Communicate and send commission forms only via DA, FB, X, IG or TH.
